U can use it in your tea, or you can mix it in water long as it’s like alkaline water or spring water

You have to switch to an alkaline diet, it works better to release parasite while your on the cleanse.

I’m a diabetic, after using this cleanse I don’t experience the side effects of my diabetes any or feel restless or tired. I’m thinking about getting another bottle, it really helped me and it doesn’t have any side effects on your body, it’s really just strong herbs so the taste might be off. 😖
