When making tea, you can one tea for spoon of each loose herb into one cup of boiled water OR use 1 tea spoon of the mixed herbs into one cup of boiled water !!!  

You can also make a larger batch of tea at a time using the following ratios:
1 teaspoon to 1 cup (6 to 8 oz)
3 teaspoons to 3 cups (21 to 24oz)
1 tablespoon to 3 cups (21 to 24oz)
5 tablespoons to 1 gallon (128oz)


Remember to always boil your water first, take off the heat before adding any herbs. Also, remember to still drink lots of room temp. water throughout the day.
You can also add stevia, honey, agave, or lime/lemon/orange to sweeten the tea.
